Terms of Service
Using Tiny Desk AI Show, purchasing credits and accessing your videos.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Tiny Desk AI Show operates this service. These terms cover your account, photo uploads, credit purchases and generated videos.
The service
Tiny Desk AI Show turns your photo into one fixed kind of video: a short vertical clip of the viral desk-concert trend with your photo as the lead singer and a band of fictional players. The generator shows how many photos it takes, the video's length and format and its credit cost before you start. There is no subscription, scene editor or custom music upload. One-time credit packs and available resolutions are shown on Pricing. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds or payment reversals may adjust credits from that purchase. File storage has a separate 30-day limit.
Prices shown exclude tax. Applicable tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.
Permission and appropriate use
Only supply photos you are entitled to use, including permission to use each person’s likeness. Only photos of adults may be used. The content standards, prohibited categories, review process and reporting channel in our Acceptable Use Policy are part of these terms. The service may refuse processing, remove videos and suspend accounts that break them.
Results and availability
AI may change facial details, clothing, framing, motion and lip movement. The picture is made without sound; the trend’s recording (“Outstanding”) is added to the file you download and a silent copy is included. That recording belongs to its rights holders: buying credits does not license it, and you are responsible for following the music rules of any platform where you post (for example, use the silent copy with the platform’s own sound). Tiny Desk AI Show is independent of NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts and the artists. Exact identity, perfect lip synchronization, exact motion copying and a particular completion time are not guaranteed. Review the actual example before proceeding.
One generation is one attempt. A confirmed technical failure restores its actual charged credits once; this is not a cash refund. Historical orders and tasks keep their original entitlement unit. A completed result that does not match a personal preference is not automatically a technical failure. See the Refund Policy.
Finished videos and their input photos are kept for 30 days after the result is ready. Unpaid drafts expire 24 hours after creation. Download your video before its expiry date in your library. Returning to your library uses the same task and does not require another payment. “Create Another” starts a new attempt and requires enough credits for the selected specification.
Rights and contact
Purchasing credits does not grant a commercial-use license to the music, recording or depicted people. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for your intended use and publication of a video. For support and quality review, include your task ID using the contact options below. Cash refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable rights.
