Credits and files
A confirmed technical failure restores the exact credits charged for that video once. This is not a cash refund. A completed video with details you do not like is not a technical failure.
Finished videos and their input photos are kept for 30 days after the result is ready. Unpaid drafts expire 24 hours after creation. Download your video before its expiry date in your library.
