What your purchase covers

Credits are used at 720p, the resolution every video is made in. Your balance is linked to your signed-in account.

  • Finished videos and their input photos: available for 30 days after the result is ready.
  • Unpaid drafts: cleaned up after 24 hours.
  • Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds or payment reversals may adjust credits from that purchase. File storage has a separate 30-day limit.

Buying a pack adds credits without creating a video. If you came from the generator, only the draft you asked for can resume after payment.

Failures, reruns and refund requests

If generation is confirmed to have failed technically, the exact credits charged for that task are restored once. A new generation after a successful result uses credits again.

Uncertain or interrupted tasks are checked before a failure is declared. For an obvious quality issue or a cash refund request, contact Support with your order or task ID. See the Refund Policy.

Liner notes

Buying questions

Which pack should I buy?

Solo ($9.99, 20 credits): one video; Band ($19.99, 60 credits): three videos; Tour ($29.99, 100 credits): five videos. Every video is 20 credits, and credits never expire.

Why is every video 720p?

The band, sax and ending around your close-up are fixed 720p parts, so your clip is made at 720p too and the parts join without re-encoding. One size, one price: 20 credits.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase and nothing renews. Buy another pack only when you want more videos.

How many videos does each pack make?

Every video uses 20 credits, so Solo makes 1, Band makes 3, Tour makes 5. Credits never expire, so you can keep some for later.

Do I pay again to download a video?

No. Downloading a finished video again from your library uses no credits, for the 30 days it is kept.
