How Tiny Desk AI Show handles accounts, photos, payments and generated videos.

Tiny Desk AI Show operates this service. This notice explains how your information is used and how to contact us about it.

Accounts and selected photos

Google sign-in provides an account identifier, name, email and profile image. An email account stores the name and email you enter and a hashed password; we send verification and password-reset emails to that address. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Selected photos stay in your browser’s local storage until you sign in, confirm permission, and continue. Browser drafts logically expire after 24 hours and expired items are cleared when the site is next opened. Closing the browser cannot guarantee immediate physical deletion; removing or replacing a photo changes that local draft.

If you use “Upload from your phone” on a computer, the photos you pick on your phone pass through the private Cloudflare R2 storage so that your computer can collect them. Each photo is deleted as soon as your computer picks it up, and in any case within 15 minutes; the QR code works for 10 minutes and only lets a phone add photos, never read them. “Save to your phone” in the library creates a link to one finished video that works for 15 minutes without signing in; the video itself keeps the retention described below.

After permission, your photos are stored in the private Cloudflare R2 storage. Their order and the permission confirmation are recorded with the task. Task and download APIs check the signed-in owner. Task results are not added to a public gallery.

Generation and payments

Before a task is created, your photos are sent through temporary signed links to a third-party content moderation provider, which checks them for prohibited content such as sexual material. If a photo is flagged, or the check cannot be completed, the task is not created and no credits are used. The provider receives only the photos, not your account details, and its retention is separate from this site’s storage.

Your photos are used to generate your video with ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 Mini model. Our AI video provider's retention and handling are separate from this site's storage; deletion here may not immediately erase provider copies.

Checkout is handled by Stripe or, where offered, by Waffo Pancake acting as merchant of record. Card and payment details are entered on the provider’s checkout page and are not stored by this application; the provider receives your email address and the order reference. The application retains the order reference, amount, currency, payment status and purchased credit amount and rule version. File retention and credit expiry are separate policies. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds or payment reversals may adjust credits from that purchase.

Site analytics

This site uses first-party analytics to record visits and clicks (without IP addresses, full URLs or email addresses) to improve the site. Visits and page views are also counted without cookies, using a code that changes every day and cannot identify you, whether or not you accept analytics.

Availability and removal

For new tasks, completed videos and their associated input photos are kept in active storage for 30 days (720 hours), starting when the result is stored and ready to access. Historical tasks keep their recorded expiry; visiting or downloading does not extend it. Unpaid drafts and temporary uploads expire 24 hours after creation. Technical failure inputs expire 24 hours after confirmed failure. Awaiting-payment drafts are checked for payment and unpaid checkouts are expired before deletion. If payment is uncertain, cleanup waits. A late confirmed payment still credits the account, but expired photos must be uploaded again. Active tasks may need their inputs until processing or reconciliation is complete. Automatic cleanup runs in the background. Expired files cannot be downloaded, even if deletion is still being processed.

Minimal account, order, task and credit records remain for support and reconciliation. Examples are selected separately for publication with permission; your task is never automatically added to the examples.

Requests and contact

Use the support options below with your task ID for access, deletion or support requests. Do not submit other people’s information without permission.
