Copyright notices
We respect copyright and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Videos made on this site are private to the account that made them; only samples we approved are public. If you believe a public page or file on tinydeskaishow.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@tinydeskaishow.com with the subject “DMCA notice” and include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL of the material on this site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable the material we confirm, usually within two business days, and tell the person who provided it where we can.
Likeness and privacy requests
If a video shows you without your permission, you do not need a copyright notice: write to the same address with “Likeness” in the subject and the link or task ID. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the U.S., any district where we may be found), and your signature.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed.
