Tiny Desk AI Show offers one-time credit packs with no subscription. Prices and credit costs are listed on Pricing. This policy explains technical-failure credit restoration and how to request a refund.
Confirmed technical failure
If the generation provider confirms that a task failed technically, the exact credits charged for that task are restored to the same account once. Duplicate failure notifications do not restore extra credits. Your library shows the returned balance after the adjustment completes.
If a video’s status or delivery is temporarily interrupted, we check the existing task before declaring it failed. Do not pay or submit again while the task is being verified.
Completed videos
AI results vary. Changes in appearance, clothing, performance or audio do not automatically mean a task failed technically. Save the task ID and describe the problem for review. Restored credits are not a cash refund. New generations normally use credits.
Payment and download issues
If checkout is canceled, resume the same purchase from Pricing. If payment appears completed but your credits have not appeared, open your library and allow a minute for confirmation; do not buy another pack to resolve the first payment.
New results and their associated input photos remain accessible for 30 days after the result is ready. Historical tasks keep their original expiry. Downloads do not cost credits or extend access. Email support with your order or task ID and the issue. Requests for cash refunds or an obvious quality issue are reviewed individually; no fixed response or refund arrival time is promised. Cash refunds are distinct from technical-failure credit restoration. Unused credits associated with refunded or disputed payments may be adjusted; other paid orders are not automatically cleared. Partial refunds and partially used purchases require review of the original order and usage. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Purchased credits do not expire. The 30-day file-access period does not make your unused credits expire.
